SUBJECT:
Request by Contractor Property
Developer's Company for a Zone
Change, Land Use Plan Amendment,
Conditional Use Permit and
Preliminary Plat (Trott Brook Farms)
The developers are still in the process of working through the final designs of
their preliminary plat to be presented to the Planning Commission at their
regular meeting in August. The plat will then be forwarded on to the City
Council at the regular meeting in September. Staff will continue to update
the City Council on the status of this project as it works its way through the
planning process.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council postpone the requested applications by
Contractor Property Developer's Company until the September 15th City
Council meeting.
