Council motion calling a special meeting of the local Board of Appeal and Equalization for Wednesday,
April 27, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Sherburne County Government Center.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Sherburne County has requested to schedule the Board of Appeal meeting. As you know at least one
member must be at the meeting who has attended the State required training. Councilmembers Zerwas,
Westgaard, and Motin meet the training requirements through November 2012.
A couple of date options should be considered if this date doesn't work fox a quorum of the Council. The
meeting must be held between Apri11 and May 31.
Future Training Opportunities
The State doesn't offer training until June of each year and offers various sessions throughout the
remainder of the year. Staff will keep Council posted of the training dates.
