Approve the hiring of Douglas Dahl as Seasonal Lead Clubhouse Attendant beginning Tuesday, March
22, 2011. As approved at the March 7, 2011 Council meeting, Mr. Dahl will be paid $15.00 per hour.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Mr. Dahl has been a golf enthusiast for many years and has worked for the Princeton Golf Course for the
past four years. The first season in Princeton, Mr. Dahl was a Pro Shop Assistant and was subsequently
promoted to Director of Golf Operations where he performed the same duties that will be required of
him at Pinewood and more. Mr. Dahl is also a master level certified golf teaching professional.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The costs for this position are included in Pinewood's 2011 personnel budget.
