A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
MN/DOT DETOUR AGREEMENT NO. 98526 FOR THE TRUNK
HIGHWAY NO. 169 DETOUR
IT IS RESOLVED, that the City of Elk River enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 98526
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City for the use of Main Street and Twin
Lakes Road to be used as a detour route during the contract construction to be
performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 169 on Bridge No.
71007 over T.H. 10 in Elk River under State Project No. 7106-79 (T.H. 169= 018).
B E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
