Update -The Bluffs of Elk River
At its March 2011 meeting the HRA requested follow up from staff and the HRA attorney
regarding the rental of housing units in The Bluffs of Elk River.
Staff and HRA attorney, Jenny Boulton of Kennedy & Graven are reviewing the issue in
conjunction with the Development Agreement between the City of Elk River and
MetroPlains Development. A report will be provided at the May HRA meeting.
