SUBJECT: Visioning and Goals Update
Staff continues to make progress on the visioning and goals project that was started last
September. Staff is currently working on the third phase which includes prioritizing action
steps along with determining the time and budget impacts of implementing each of the
identified action steps. At Monday's worksession, we will give a brief update on the status of
this project. The goal is to have Council concurrence of the staffls action step priorities
prior to beginning the 2012 budget so that those that require funding in 2012 can be
included in the proposed budget.
