Request by Guardian Angels of Elk
River for Land Use Plan Amendment,
Rezoning, Conditional Use Permit,
and Preliminary Plat, Case No.'s
LU 97-2, ZC 97-4, CU 97-20 and P 97-12
Guardian Angels would like to make a brief presentation to the City Council
Monday night. Therefore, this item will need to be taken off the consent
agenda for discussion.
The Planning Commission is still reviewing the application submitted by
Guardian Angels to develop approximately 11 aces at the northeast corner of
Highway 10 and north of Joplin frontage road.
Recommendation
It is recommended the applications be postponed to the October 20, 1997 City
Council meeting.
