This item is being continued. At their July 22, 1997 meeting, the Planning
Commission postponed this item until their August 26, 1997 meeting in order
to give the affected property owner an opportunity to be heard at the public
hearing. This item will be presented to the Council at the September 15, 1997
meeting.
