Staff recommends the Council open and close the public hearing, accepting the withdrawal.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Craig Willey, the applicant, has submitted a letter withdrawing his Conditional Use Permit application fox
a residential use in the C-2 zoning district.
Because the letter was received after the public hearing was advertised, it is necessary to open and close
the public hearing .

In response to our conversation please accept this letter of cancellation relative to the
above request.
Following my petition for a Conditional Use Permit the Bank of Elk River, my lender,
requested a new market analysis on the building. The outcome was a further reduction in
the value below break even. Further on one has come forwazd to rent the main floor.
