Request by CPDC for Zone Change,
Conditional Use Permit and
Preliminary Plat Approval, Public
Hearing Case No.'s ZC 97-1, CU 97-11,
and P 97-8
Overview
The developers have been working on revising their plans for the proposed
Trott Brook Farms Planned Unit Development. The application is still being
reviewed by the Planning Commission and is scheduled to be presented back
to the Planning Commission on September 23ra. If the Commission makes a
recommendation on that evening, the plans will then be submitted to the
City Council on October 20th for consideration.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council postpone the above mentioned
applications for Contractor Property Developer's Company to the October 20,
1997 City Council meeting.
