Appoint Pete Lemke as the Planning Commission representative to the Administrative Hearing Board to
May 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Administrative Hearing Board was established to hear appeals from the City's code enforcement
process. The Board consists of two Council members and a Planning Commission member.
On March 8, the Planning Commission selected Pete Lemke to serve on the Board. Mr. Lemke has
accepted.
