RESOLUTION 11- 22
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATON OF PLANS AND
SPECFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF THE 201 I STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHERAS the City Council wishes to advance the schedule of the project and begin work on the
preparation of Plans and Specifications prior to the Improvement Hearing; and
WHEREAS plans and specifications for the Improvement will be required to obtain bids for
consideration of assessments based on actual bid costs;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ciry Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota:
1. Bolton & Menk, Inc, at the direction of Justin Femrite, City Engineer, shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of the improvement.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of May, 2011.
