SUBJECT: Request by Elk River Independence Day 201 I Committee
Jim Boyle, along with representatives of the Committee, will provide the EDA a verbal
presentation of plans for the Elk River Independence Day 2011 celebration.
In previous years, the EDA Budget included up to $6,000 for the Elk River Area Chamber
of Commerce July 4`'' Celebration. In 2010 the EDA authorized the budgeted expenditure
for the newly-formed Independence Day 2011 Celebration. The 2011 budget includes the
same amount and purpose in the Miscellaneous line item.
