SUBJECT: Project Development List
With the number of subdivisions occurring in the city, staff has tried a couple
of different methods in tracking the progress and completion of each step
involved towards finalizing each subdivision project. The attached flow chart
is the most recent version of a status report covering the majority of steps
involved in completing a subdivision. As the Council is probably already
aware, there are a considerable number of items which staff needs to
implement after the Council approves a final plat. The attached project list
gives an overview of the items which need to be followed to complete a
subdivision.
Staff will try to include a copy of this project report in the Council packet
along with the planning items on the third Monday of each month. If a
Councilmember has a question on any project, please feel free to contact me;
otherwise, I will be at the meeting Monday night to answer any questions.
