PROCLAMATION
**ITEM 3.3.**
A PROCLAMATION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS,
Jackie F. Schuelein has committed fifteen years of dedicated
service to the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce and the
community of Elk River; and,
WHEREAS,
Jackie F. Schuelein has increased membership 400 percent,
from 60 to 335 members, and has increased the budget from
$8,000 to $101,000; and,
WHEREAS,
Jackie F. Schuelein has secured a prime, visible location for
the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce office building on
Highway 10; and,
WHEREAS,
Jackie F. Schuelein has achieved overall growth and vitality
of the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce and the
betterment of the City of Elk River.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor of Elk River, do
hereby proclaim August 26, 1997, as:
