Request by Guardian Angels of
Elk River for Comprehensive Land Use
Plan Amendment, Zone Change,
Preliminary Plat and Conditional
Use Permit, Public Hearing Case
No.'s LU 97-2, ZC 97-4, CU 97-20 and
P 97-12
Request
Guardian Angels of Elk River have requested that their applications be
postponed until the October 28, 1997 Planning Commission meeting.
Guardian Angels are still in the process of revising their plan to conform with
the Shoreland Management Ordinance, as well as other issues raised by city
staff during preliminary meetings.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council postpone action on Guardian Angels of
Elk River's application request until the November 17, 1997 City Council
meeting.
