Modifications to EDA Enabling
Resolution
On April 1, 1996, the City Council approved a motion which authorized an
increase in the monthly wages paid to the EDA. Technically this increase
needs to be done by way of a resolution which modifies the EDA Enabling
Resolution (Resolution 87-63). At the September 8, 1997, EDA meeting, a
motion was unanimously passed which requested the City Council to take
action on the resolution which would modify the wage section of the EDA
Enabling Resolution.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution 97- modifying
the Commissioners wage section of the EDA Enabling Resolution.
