SUBJECT: Trott Brook Farms Barn Fees and Policy for Use
The downstairs portion of the Barn at Trott Brook Farms Park is complete and ready for
use. Attached is a copy of the proposed fee structure for use. The fee structure includes
rental fees, building supervision fees, and a deposit. I am recommending we follow the same
policies for use as Lions Park Center, which is also attached.
