SUBJECT: Pond Expansion at Highlands West
Riverside Development, the developer of Hillside Estates has requested permission to
enlazge the size of the drainage pond in Highlands West. In exchange for permission to
expand the pond they have offered to give the City a pazcel of land adjacent to the pazk
on the north. In addition, they have offered to grade the sliding hill area so that it directs
sliders away from the pond.
Staff has requested that Riverside stake the construction limits of the enlarged pond so
That staff can assess the impact to pazk property. No recommendation is being made at
this time pending review of the construction limits.
