Adopt attached resolution amending the meeting time for the Energy City Commission meetings to 8:30
a.m. on the third Wednesday of the month effective June 15, 2011.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the Apri120, 2011, Energy City Commission meeting, the Commission voted unanimously to change
their meeting time to 8:30 a.m. effective June 15, 2011.

RESOLUTION 11-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MEETING TIME FOR THE ENERGY CITY
COMMISSION MEETINGS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-355 of the Elk River Ciry Code, the dates, times, and locations of the
Energy City Commission meetings shall be set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council adopted Resolution 07-89 setting the Energy Ciry meetings to be
held on the third Wednesday of the month, at 1:30 p.m., at City Hall
WHEREAS, April 20, 2011, the Elk River Energy Ciry Commission voted unanimously to change the time
of their meetings to 8:30 a.m. on the third Wednesday of the month at City Hall.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ciry Council of the Ciry of Elk River, Minnesota that
the Energy City Commission meetings held on the third Wednesday of the month shall be at 8:30 a.m.
effective June 15, 2011.
