Approval of a massage establishment license for Little Rejuvination Station, 705 Main Street NW valid
until December 31, 2011.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Dennis and Cathy Larsen, owners of the Little Rejuvination Station, LLC, have applied for a massage
establishment license for their salon and wellness center located at 705 Main Street Northwest in Elk
River. Mr. and Mrs. Larsen have submitted all the necessary application materials and all owners and the
manager have successfully passed police department background checks.
