ACTION REQUESTED
A Council motion to approve the following temporary sales and storage of fireworks licenses with the
following condition:
• Inspection of the outside sales area shall take place prior to opening to the public. Applicant is
responsible fox contacting the fire marshal at 763.635.1110 for an inspection after the tent has
been set up.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The applicants have submitted all the necessary application materials required for this license.
Background checks have been completed by the police department and the fire marshal has reviewed the
site plans.
General planning permits from the planning department are also required in order to conduct sales from
the temporary tents. The above requests have been reviewed and approved by the Site Plan Review
Committee. All tents are required to be removed no later than July 11, 2011.
