ACTION REQUESTED
Council discussion on whether or not to hold the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Tuesday,
July 5, 2011.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
City offices are closed on Monday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday; therefore, the
regular City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 5. With the potential for Councilmembers to
be out of town around that time, the Council should discuss whether or not a quorum will be available
for the July 5 meeting or if the meeting should be cancelled.
