A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MEETING TIME FOR THE ENERGY CITY
COMMISSION MEETINGS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-355 of the Elk River City Code, the dates, tunes, and locations of the
Energy City Commission meetings shall be set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council adopted Resolution 07-89 setting the Energy Ciry meetings to be
held on the third Wednesday of the month, at 1:30 p.m., at City Hall
WHEREAS, April 20, 2011, the Elk River Energy City Commission voted unanimously to change the time
of their meetings to 8:30 a.m. on the third Wednesday of the month at City Hall.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ciry Council of the Ciry of Elk River, Minnesota that
the Energy City Commission meetings held on the third Wednesday of the month shall be at 8:30 a.m.
effective June 15, 2011.
