Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Board of Appeal and
Equalization reconvened at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Board of Appeal and Equalization
The Board of Appeal and Equalization heard appeals as outlined below:
1. John Affords, Parcel Identification Numbers 75-404-0050, 75-404-0031, and

Mr. Cullen provided a handout with suggested changes. He stated he did a reconciliation
based on income and costs.
MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER ZERWAS AND SECONDED BY
COUNCILMEMBER WESTGAARD TO REDUCE THE VALUATION BY
$54,000 ON PARCEL 75-408-0175. MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
Mr. Cullen reviewed the appraisals for parcels 75-404-0050 and 75-404-0031.

2. Lori Neutgens, Parcel Identification Number 75-546-0256
The property owner felt her value was too low. Mr. Olson stated he reviewed the
improvements made to this property and outlined his suggested changes in a handout.
