Reconvene Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the closed meeting of the Elk River City Council was
reconvened at 9:16 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Session -Continue Performance Review of City Administrator
The purpose of the Closed Session was to continue the performance review of City
Administrator Lori Johnson pursuant to MN Statute 13D.05, subd.3 (a).
The performance of the city administrator was reviewed.

There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting at 10:42 p.m.
