Approval of the request by Buffalo Wild Wings for a special event permit on Sunday, June 26, 2011,
subject to the following conditions:
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff received an application on Tuesday, June 7 from Buffalo Wild Wings requesting a special event
permit for a fundraiser event on Sunday, June 26, 2011. The event will run from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. and
will include a silent auction, face painting, bouncy houses, a live band, and other activities.
Food and alcohol will only be served inside the restaurant and in the enclosed patio.

Follow Up
1. Applicant must obtain property owner permission and notify neighboring businesses.
2. Liquor is only permitted inside the building and on the patio and is to be strictly enforced
by staff.
3. Applicant shall comply with all local noise ordinances.
4. Applicant shall comply with all applicable fire code requirements.
5. Applicant shall provide for garbage clean-up immediately following the event.
6. Applicant shall provide enough portable toilets through a private contractor to
accommodate the expected attendance.
7. Prior to display, any temporary signage must receive the appropriate permits.
