I, John J. Dietz, Mayor, hereby request a special closed meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Monday, June 27, 2011, 5:30 p.m., at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway,
Ella River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the special closed meeting is, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03, subd.
1(b), Labor Negotiations, to discuss labor negotiation strategy related to negotiations with
LELS Local 231.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of
the City Council of this meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
