A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FF, F..S FOR A RENTAL DWE!.:I~iNG.
LICENSES AND RE-INSPECTION OI~'A RENTAL DIVELLING
WHEREAS,
the City Council for the City of Elk River has reviewed the
projected cost to the city ibr the administration of the city%
Housing Maintenance Or~,inance; and,
WHEREAS,
the City Council for the City of Elk River has considered
what cities with similar hou3ing maintenance programs
charge for a yearly license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the yearly rental dwelling
license in the City of Elk River shall be $12.00 /unit and that a re-
inspection (other than a follow-up inspection for corrections after the initial
inspection) shall be $ 50.00
