Well #9 Water Main Project Bids
BACKGROUND:
Approved in the 2011 Budget was a water capital project to install additional water main. These
water main additions will improve ERMU's ability to use Well #9 effectively.
DISCUSSION:
This project was formally posted for bidding. On July 6a' ERMU held the bid opening. Attached
aze the results of the bidding process.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff will make a recommendation for the Commission to awazd the project at the time of the
meeting. Staff requests the Commission approve seeking Council approval to pay for these new
water main additions from water trunk fees already collected for that area of Elk River.
