Rules ofBehavior -Children's Room -This policy is being created for the
regional system so will not need board approval. Communications is working
on the format and will forward it as soon as it's available.
Sprinkler System -The new system will be installed by Great Northern
Landscape in the next couple of weeks.
New Business
Budget 2012 - I met with the city on July S~ to review budget requests. Once
the new budget is approved I'll forward it to board members.

Promote Readers Advisory Services
Weed the Collection
