CPDC Proposal for Trott Brook Farms
At Monday night's workshop, the developers of the Waddy Schulze property
will be making a presentation to the City Council on their current plan which
includes an eighteen hole championship golf course. The purpose of the
presentation Monday night is to update the City Council on the timing of this
project as well as some of the issues involved with developing a golf course in
this area. The developers did not have any plans available to be distributed
before the meeting, however will have handouts Monday night for the
Council to review.
There is no action requested at Monday night's meeting, however if there are
any questions or immediate concerns the Council may have with the
development, the developers would appreciate hearing those Monday night.
If any of the Councilmembers have questions prior to Monday night's meeting
please feel free to call me.

Please accept our ex~eme apology' for having to cancel tonighfs meeting. Hollis Cavner
informed us at the last minute that he has to go to Haw3ii for the PGA Tour Tournament.
