CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING
SECTION 904 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES

The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 904.08 titled, ZONING AND WATER SUPPLY/SANITARY
PROVISIONS, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended read as follows:
904.08 -ZONING AND WATER SUPPLY/SANITARY PROVISIONS
1. Lot Area and Width Standards.
The following standards shall apply to all shorelands of the protected
waters listed in Section 904.06. Where the requirements of the
underlying zoning district as shown on the official zoning map are
more restrictive than those set forth herein, the more restrictive
standards shall apply. The lot area (in square feet) and lot width
standards (in feet) for single, duplex, triplex and quad residential
lots created after the date of enactment of this Ordinance for the
lake and river/stream classifications shall be as follows:
A. Lakes (Unsewered Areas)
