BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff continues to review and revise the ordinance amendment regarding variances with the goal to be
consistent with recent state law changes. The draft will be ready for review in August.
The Council is asked to open and continue the public hearing to August 15, 2011.
The Planning Commission held their review on July 12, 2011 and no concerns were voiced.
