1. Call i\Teeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the closed meeting of the Elk River City Council was
called to order at 5:33 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting-Labor Negotiation Discussion
The purpose of the closed meeting was to discuss labor negotiation strategies for Patrol
union LELS Local 231 pursuant to MN Statute 13D.03, subdivision 1(b).
• 3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the Elk River
City Council at 6:15 p.m.
