ACTION REQUESTED
Council approval of a special event permit and temporary on-sale liquor license for the Church of Saint
Andrew for September 18, 2011.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Church of Saint Andrew is requesting a special event permit and temporary on-sale liquor license for
their annual Parish Festival on Sunday, September 18, 2011. The event takes place entirely on church
property at 566-4`h Street. The church has submitted all application materials required by the city and the
request has been reviewed by the public works and public safety departments. Applicant is responsible for
any other licensing approvals required through the State.
