SUBJECT: Mississippi River Trail Update
Mazk Riverblood from the Ciry of Ramsey will be attending the August 10`" Parks and
Recreation commission meeting to discuss the Mississippi River trail project. He is seeking
support from the Ciry to accompany an application for approximately 1.3 million dollars in
federal funding to take a 10 foot wide trail from the Regional Park in the center of Ramsey
along Hwy 10 & 169, paralleling the river, to Elk River and Ramsey's shazed border.
