ACTION REQUESTED
The above-listed applications have been postponed, with the applicant's consent, to the September 13,
2011 Planning Commission meeting and September 19, 2011 City Council meeting. Staff has been
working with the applicant to resolve some issues with their application. These issues could not be
resolved in time to prepare staff reports and an amended CUP prior to the August meetings. Since the
items were advertised for public hearing, the City Council is asked to open the public hearing for public
comment and then continue it.
