Background The City Council granted a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the Sharp Ministorage on Gateway Road on the north side of Furniture and Things in March 2010. Since then, Mr. Sharp has not been able to begin construction due to the economy and other factors. Mr. Sharp has requested a two year extension until March 2014. The City has received a number of requests for extensions that have been approved when received prior to the CUP approval expiring.
