I, John J. Dietz, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City Council for
Monday, September 12, 2011, immediately following the meeting of the Economic
Development Authority, at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River,
Minnesota.
The purpose of the special meeting is to change the time of the regularly scheduled City
Council worksession.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting dates. I further request the city clerk to notify each member
of the City Council of these meetings, in writing, at least one day before the meetings.

and commissions on Monday, September 12, 2011, at 5:30 p.m., at Elk River City Hall,
13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota: City Council, Energy City Commission,
Heritage Preservation Commission, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, Ice Arena
Commission, Library Board, Parks and Recreation Commission, Planning Commission, and
Utilities Commission.
The purpose of this meeting is to receive the final branding and marketing presentation.
In accordance with State Statute, this notice is posted at least three days prior to the meeting
date and each member will be notified of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day
