Open and continue the public hearing to October 17, 2011.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff received an application for a conditional use permit for anon-owner occupied bed and breakfast at
931 Main Street. Due to scheduling conflicts, the applicant has requested the public hearing be
postponed to October.
The City Council is asked to open and continue the public hearing to the October 17 City Council
meeting. This does not impact the 60-day notice requirement, as the City has until October 26, 2011 to
act. Additionally, the City may extend the time period another 60 days.
