Open and continue the public hearing to October 17, 2011.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff has been working with the Department of Natural Resources on the development of amendments
to the City's floodplain management ordinance necessary after Sherburne County adjusted its floodplain
maps. Public hearings were advertised for the September meetings, but unanticipated delays were
encountered.
The City Council is asked to open and continue the public hearing to the October 17 City Council
meeting. 'T'his does not impact the 60 day notice requirements.
