Box 490 Elk River, MN 55330-0490 RE: UPLAND AVENUE/TH 10 INTERSECTION Dear Mr. Klaers: One of the requirements for the Upland Avenue/TH 10 Intersection Improvement is the approval by the City Council of the geometric layout. Attached is a resolution which approves the geometric layout for this intersection improvement. This is similar to the resolution that the City Council adopted for the Simonet Drive Improvement project. We would recommend that the City Council adopt this resolution for the Upland Avenue intersection. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please call. Sincerely, Howard R.
