Background
Last September, the EDA provided input regarding a monument sign for Noxthstax
Business Paxk. The input included preferences fox tenant name plates and a removable City
logo. The estimated sign cost of $10,000 was included in the EDA's 2006 marketing budget.
Update
Staff recently received two quotes fox the sign. The least expensive quote and concept is
attached, which appears to meet the EDA's design preferences and matches the style of the
buildings located in Noxthstax Business Paxk. Unless otherwise directed by the EDA, staff
will proceed with accepting the quote, which does not include lighting provided by
Connexus Energy in the amount of $825 per light plus wiring.
It will take approximately 4-6 weeks until the sign is installed. The sign will be located in the
EDA's sign easement area, which is noted on the attached map.
