I, Jeff Gongoll, Economic Development Authority President, hereby request a special
meeting of the Economic Development Authority on Monday, July 17, 2006 at 6:00 p.m.
Elk River City Ha11, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Muuiesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider financing a YMCA facility through General
Obligation Bonds.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Economic Development Authority of the special meeting, in writing, at least
one day before the meeting.
