Hold public hearing to hear comments on the CR 77 Turnback.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The County Road 77 Turnback Agreement with Sherburne County was approved at the May 2, 2011 City
Council meeting. As required by State Statute, Sherburne County is required to take public comments on
the turnback at a City Council meeting.
Rhonda Lewis, the County Engineer for Sherburne County, will be in attendance at the public hearing to
take and address any comments from the public.
No formal action is required of the City Council after the public hearing.
