The additional cost to purchase the plaque is estimated at $25 to $100. 2. Currently, the Farmer's Market is held at the Westbound Liquor store parking lot. The Bank's request is to move the Elk River Farmer's Market downtown to the Bank's parking lot north of HW 10 and Main Street. Staff would have to work with Planning Department staff to see if this location is feasible, if not, than to assist in N:\Departmenu\Pada and Recreazion\Recreaion\2011 PRC Pazkets\ lP 12-11 PRC Pazke[\Ium 7.1.A-Bank Sponsorsltip.d« seeking the best location for the market downtown (if such location is possible).
