Background
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Salina Salon located at 19262 Freeport Street. The applicant has met the 500 hours of
completed course work and has successfully cleared the criminal history background check
completed by the police department.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license for Lode Anderson to practice
therapeutic massage at Salma Salon.
