Temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license for September 20, 2003.
Applicant
Elk River Lions
Background
The above request is to sell liquor for on sale consumption at the annual Fire Department
Open House and Dance. The event takes place at Elk River Fire Station #1 (415 Jackson
Avenue). Liquor liability insurance is required, as this event is being held on city property.
Action Requested
Council motion approving the request for a one day temporary on sale liquor license to the
Elk River Lions contingent upon the city receiving liquor liability insurance.
