Designation of Official City Newspaper
State Statute requires that cities annually designate an official newspaper
which is used to publish legal matters and notices. The Elk River Star News
has been the official newspaper for the city of Elk River for the past several
years.
Action Requested
Council motion to designate the Elk River Star News as the official
newspaper for the city of Elk River for 1998.
